Below you'll find answers to the most common questions about organizing events on our platform.

You can create an event by registering an organizer account and logging into your dashboard. From your dashboard, you’ll have access to the ‘Add Event’ option where you can enter all the details, such as the event name, date, location, and ticket prices.

Yes, you pay a small service fee.

  • Suriname organizers pays a small fee of  20 SRD per ticket sold.
  • Netherlands organizers pays a small fee of € 1,49 BTW inclusive.

This amount is automatically deducted from the total ticket revenue. The full ticket sales amount is first deposited into TicketwaveSU’s account and will be transferred to you every week on monday, with the service fee already deducted.

Yes, you can. Your dashboard provides a real-time overview of all your ticket sales. You can see how many tickets have been sold, what your revenue is, and who has purchased the tickets.

If you cancel an event, it is your responsibility as the organizer to inform the ticket buyers. You must also ensure that tickets are refunded, as described in our Refund Policy.

This Section answers Your questions about buying tickets and attending events.

Find the event you want to attend and click the ‘Buy Ticket’ button. Follow the steps in the payment process to complete your purchase. After a successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your ticket as a PDF file with a QR code.

No. You can buy tickets as a guest without registering an account. However, we do recommend creating an account so you always have an overview of your purchased tickets and can easily download them again.

Don’t worry. You can always find your ticket in the confirmation email you received after your purchase. If you have an account, your tickets are also available in your personal dashboard.

Generally, no. Ticket sales are final. Refunds are only provided if the event is canceled or postponed by the organizer. For details on this, please see our Refund Policy.

The organizer is fully responsible for the content, quality, and execution of the events they post on our platform. As a visitor, you are buying a ticket from the organizer, not from TICKETWAVESU.
